About Us

Integrated Essential Oil & Spices Processing Company (IEOSPC) is a Nigerian-based agro-commodity company that was incorporated in 2018 as a limited liability company. Initially, our focus was on farming, processing and exporting of Ginger, Turmeric, Sesame and Hibiscus. In 2019, we recognized the immense potential in the cashew processing industry and decided to diversify our product line.

To achieve this, we invested in modern cashew processing equipment that guarantees high-quality products. After thorough testing and quality control measures, we started cashew production in 2021, and we are proud to say that we have made significant strides in the cashew processing industry.

Our installed capacity allows us to process 10,000Kg of raw cashew per day, and we have currently acquired additional equipment to increase our processing capacity to 15,000kg per day.

In addition, we have also procured and installed a fully automated peanut processing line to produce a diverse range of peanut products. This move aligns with our vision to expand our product line while maintaining high standards and quality.

At IEOSPC, we are committed to promoting sustainable agriculture and improving the livelihoods of local farmers. We work closely with local communities to ensure we have a consistent supply of high-quality raw materials while creating jobs and empowering local communities.

Our product line includes cashew kernels for export(various grades), Roasted cashew (Plain & Flavoured), cashew oil, and roasted peanuts(Plain Roasted and coated with different flavours), all of which are made from the finest raw materials sourced from local farmers.

We have a product line for the local market, and we also export processed cashew kernels to Turkey, ensuring that we contribute to the growth of the Nigerian economy.

Integrated Essential Oil & Spices Processing Company Limited is chaired by Mr. Thomas Etuh, who also serves as the Group Chairman of TAK Group, a Nigerian business conglomerate with diversified interests in various sectors including agriculture (TAK Agro & Chemicals Limited), real estate (TAK Continental Limited & Tak Properties Limited), aviation (Tak Aviation Limited) and logistics (TAK Logistics Limited). Additionally, Mr. Thomas is the Chairman of the Jenifer Etuh Foundation.

Kabir Usman is the founder and Managing Director/CEO of Integrated Essential Oil& Spices Processing company Limited (IEOSPC). He has over 20 years of experience in the business and banking, within the last 10 years spent in executive leadership positions.

Mr. Kabir holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
